14-Day Refund Policy – Store Credit Only
All sales are final and are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may keep the product and receive a coupon credit refund. (Refunded Store Credit Policy Applies)
Exchange and Store Credit Policy:
Apparel: Apparel items are eligible for both exchanges (for a different size) and store credit refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Other Categories: All other categories are eligible only for store coupon credit refunds.

Coupon Credit Details:
Valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
Can be combined with other discounts.
Coupon credits issued from refunds are non-refundable once used.
Refund and Exchange Terms:
No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the delivery of the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items by the shipping company. If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, you are eligible for a full refund.
Heavily discounted items (40% and above) are not refundable.
Items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which you received them.
Bundled items, whether they include a free item or are part of a whole discount, are not eligible for a refund.
Subsequent refund requests and any attempts to exploit this policy may result in refusal of future orders from the customer.
Exclusions:
Final sale items, personalized/custom items, and perishable goods are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Issues and Re-Shipping Costs
Srroo will cover the re-shipping costs for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. While we trust and value our carriers, we understand that delivery issues can occasionally occur. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered nearby. You may also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package.
